Inspire Life Sonically

Amanda P.H. Bennett (formerly Amanda Peach Hughes) began her sound design education and career back in the Fall of 2013 at Savannah College of Art and Design. Since then, she has sound supervised, edited and designed as well as composed music on over 70 independent projects. Several of these films have been selected for film festivals and have won awards throughout the globe, including Animato 2017, San Diego Comic Con International Film Festival, Canadian Diversity Film Festival, NYC Independent Film Festival, Atlanta Horror Film Festival, and Prague International Film Festival.

She has also created the sound design for several animated TED-Ed videos for their YouTube channel in collaboration with cAMP Studio. (Click here to learn more about the studio!)

She currently resides in Atlanta, GA as a freelance sound designer and composer for animated and live-action films. She also works on location as the sound mixer and/or boom operator for film productions, whether short or feature length.

Her excitement in her work is inspired by the impact films and productions can have on people's lives and how they can be used as a tool to inspire hope and life through them.

"Let's create stories together!”
